Superior State University has a Board of
Directors or Trustees which oversee the operation of the
university. In general, the function of the Trustees is
to ensure the integrity of the school. Another important
activity is to make major decisions as to new programs and the
disbursement of funds. The trustees must also
appoint the President of the Faculty who oversees the daily
operation of the university.
