There are several programs that Superior State University has to help and support industry in each community. We at Superior State University are proud to take a leading role in the business/industrial community. One program, which has been very successful, helps companies of various sizes upgrade the general and specific educational levels of their employees. In this program, we do a thorough study and then design programs, which will best suit the needs of a particular company.

This includes everything from computer skills and language to marketing procedures. We work closely with a company's human resource manager, therefore; we are able to implement long-term educational plans for a whole company. "Our" companies have constantly outperformed their competition. There are many advantages to these programs for companies: everything from a reduction of tuition and networking to discounts on educational materials.
