Each individual campus is in charge of their own athletic program. The popularity of certain sports is often dependent on the particular region.
Football is popular in North America where as soccer is popular in most places outside. Baseball is the number one sport in Japan but not played much in Africa etc and the list goes on.

We at Superior State University are firm believers in the dichotomy of the Greek “Mind-Body” relationship and wholeheartedly push student athletes in any sport.
